Fabulous room with all the amenities. Super comfy bed, super soft linens and comfy pillows. Incredible staff, along with a great Continental breakfast and gym facility. It's located right next-door to a great shopping center. Great and easy access to Subway system. Fabulous restaurants in the area. It's our new favorite hotel and we will be staying there regularly when we visit New York. One special shout out to Peggy Lau from the front desk and assistant manager. She was incredible and made us feel extremely welcome and made us feel like we were her favorite guests ever. She definitely deserves a promotion, erase and extra days off. Thanks Peggy and the incredible staff and owners of Parc Hotel. Joey, Adam & Muffy

My room and the bathroom was very clean, no foul odor. The bed was comfy and I loved my view, also, the free Wifi was good. Location was great for me, very central and close to everything I needed including the subway. Breakfast was great and I love the fact that different kinds of fruits were made available every day and the breakfast room is also very clean and has a television. You can catch up on the news while having breakfast. The lady at the reception (I don't know her name) and the maintenance man were very friendly and helpful, they provided an extension cable for me to use through out my stay because my laptop charger cord could not be plugged into the socket in the room.

Bathsheba

The rooms were very clean, nice, and comfortable. The Nespresso coffee maker was a really nice amenity as was having a mini fridge. The covered and affordable (30$ daily) underground parking was a really nice bonus as we drove from Syracuse and needed secure parking. We were in for a Mets series. We could easily walk to Citi Field and also area restaurants. The breakfast was standard continental with the addition of dumplings 🥟 which was perfect for us. The best feature was the roof top bar- great drinks and stunning views of Citi Field with a Manhattan backdrop.

I was a little leary about this hotel based on the reviews. They do have a very small area for parking however, they do say they have SOME parking. We were lucky to get a spot in their underground garage. The staff is super nice and accommodating! The thermostat in our room didn't work. They instantly upgraded our room with a view of Citifield. Since we were there to see a Mets game, it was perfect! The walk to Citifield was extremely easy. Turn the corner from the hotel and walk a few blocks and we were there! I would definitely stay here again!

To be honest, my wife and me loved the hospitality aa well as the accommodation at THE PARK HOTEL, as the entire team is super friendly, especially the Uncle Emokhare... thst hotel is very hygienic and confortable ... everything just as in the photos.... We promise to return at the end of the year...👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽
